Testing
Before integration of the parts, each of the components will be be
thorougly tested by the authors and when the components are in satisfactory
working order, the components will then be integrated together. As
we integrate components together, the difficulty of debugging grows
exponentially so at each step of integration, extensive testing will
be done between the components to ensure the components work properly
together.
Documentation
Since there are 6 of us in the group, any code we write will be accompanied
by comments explaining functionality so that each of the group members
will be able to understand what's going on. CVS will also be used
to aid in documenting components by listing the version number and
updates done to that coomponent. There will also be additional documentation
for any test programs we make for our components and a final readme
for the entire game, explaining to the user in detail how to install
and play the game.
